Our Quality controlled fabrication plants create flexible products, giving you a choice of tough welded steel or lighter aluminum. Our rugged prefab systems reduce onsite installation time so you are up and running on time and on budget.
Consider our PF-S-01 Steel system. It comes in hot-dipped galvanized 8 foot sections of strong, welded steel with a protective Polyethylene Cladding.
Lighten the load with our PF-A-01 Aluminum system. It’s lighter and less labour intensive and has become an industry standard. It’s attractive finish, available in a variety of colours, creates a greater reduction in potential rust corrosion.
Then there’s the PF-AS-01, the ultimate in Support-less Aluminum Framed dasher board systems. This beauty gives you an unrestricted view of the event surface. Sturdy and solid construction requires support at the gate locations only, and the ½” or 5/8” tempered glass slides firmly into a groove within the dasher top.
And let’s not forget Sound Barriers hardware, puck-board, glass and netting. We offer you many hardware options such as gate latches, ice side release latches, gate keepers, pin and piano hinges, heavy duty adjustable machine gate hinges, closure bars, and castors. HDPE puck-board is available in thicknesses from .220″ to 1″ and in the following colours: white, yellow, gold, red, dark blue, and light blue. Tempered glass or acrylic shielding is available in ½” or 5/8″ thickness and heights from 3’ to 8’. Your design can include custom heights, speakholes, and camera holes, and nylon or monofilament mesh protective netting.
